A few words and a CV
I’m an Executive Creative Director with 19+ years of experience across international markets, leading brands, teams and marketing systems at the intersection of creativity, growth and business transformation for brands including Google, Nestlé, PepsiCo, Bayer, Amazon Prime Video, Bitvavo, BBVA and Under Armour.
My background is creative, but my role has long gone beyond campaigns. I’ve led multidisciplinary teams, built operating models, shaped positioning, and helped businesses grow through clearer strategy, stronger systems and more effective execution. Along the way, that has meant delivering record net profit, helping position an agency among Mexico’s Top 5 independents, and driving over 250% year-over-year profit growth.
Today, I’m especially interested in leadership roles where creativity is expected to do more than communicate, where it helps define direction, unlock demand, improve how teams work, and support transformation. That includes a growing focus on AI, automation and scalable workflows that help build more effective marketing.
